At Campomarzio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
